Fremont County, ID (CBS2) — First Responders in Fremont County rescued a man who slipped and fell down a rocky embankment while hiking Sawtelle Peak in Island Park on Sunday morning.
The 52-year-old man was hiking with his family in thick fog when he slipped and fell down the rocky embankment.
Emergency crews were able to safely get the man off the mountain.
Fremont County Sheriff's Office would like to remind drivers to move over for emergency vehicles as well as avoid emergency areas so that first responders can do their jobs safely and quickly.
