So I just realized civilization 5's map maker is a great tool for making world maps. Just passing this along for those who have the game and possibly need a world map. I just create one (usually with small continents) then print screen and crop it in photoshop. Here's a sample one that I created.

The BEST part is that it can then be made to display your world or region in a vaguely realistic isometric view. I loves it.
